By having a thigh strap and Foot strap with a tight rubber tubing connecting both behind the athletes legs. This is just a teaching tool for being the most efficient in speed, power and agility and not a resistant device. The athlete will learn to increase his or her stride length by driving the knee forward while having an increased stride frequency by teaching the legs to stay at an angle close to ninety degrees. Included is video and a 115 page manual that has 43 workouts to help guide the athlete.
